We are excited to announce plans for the 2008 East Bay Summer Lacrosse League. Compete against local talent in the East Bay and earn the right to compete in a Bay Area championship game against the best talent in Northern CA.
Vitality Lacrosse Summer Leagues are designed to give players valuable game experience while competing against and with players they may not see during the Spring season. On hand will be top local coaches, accomplished college players to provide maximum feedback, and on the field coaching for quality player development. Each week, there will be a different area of focus for players to work on and building team concepts to take their game to the next level. The emphasis on this league is team play and live game action. Teams are split up to maximize parity and fairness, and traditional teams will be divided. All players can select one friend or car pool partner to ensure a fun and fair playing atmosphere. The primary focus of this league is game play and full field instruction- teams will not practice between sessions. Each team will play two games per week (except Men’s Divisions). A final schedule will be released once registration begins to fill up. We understand people are out of town and on vacation during the summer, so participation is not mandatory- if you miss a game or two, or a particular week, no big deal. You can just pick up the following game where you left off. We adjust teams sizes accordingly to account for some absenteeism.
All players will receive a Vitality Lacrosse Summer League reversible jersey!!
